Digital delivery at Lovitations
Once payment is complete, you get immediate access to manage and publish your product. For digital content and services, the law may provide an exception to the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun with your express prior consent and provided you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. At checkout we ask you to give the necessary confirmations before you pay.

Returning physical products
If you order a package with physical cards, the statutory return periods of the right of withdrawal apply:
- You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the order without giving a reason and to notify us of the return.
- After this notification you have a further 14 days to actually send the product back.
- We will refund the full order amount (including shipping costs) within 14 days of your return notification, provided we have received the product back or you can provide conclusive proof that it has been returned in full.
Notify us of your return at [email protected]. The direct cost of returning the product is at your own expense. Return the product with all accessories supplied and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
If the product is damaged, or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this reduction in the product's value. So please handle the product with care and make sure it is well packed when you return it.
