When should you send a save the date?
The rule of thumb: six to twelve months before the wedding, and earlier if you're marrying abroad or lots of guests are travelling far. The card doesn't need to say everything yet: the date, your names and a look that suits you are enough. You fill in the rest later, without sending anything again.

Sending your save the date on WhatsApp
Most couples send their save the date on WhatsApp. Making and sharing one works like this:
- Choose an example and add your names, the date and the place.
- Publish the card and copy your personal link.
- Paste the link into a WhatsApp message with a short note. Guests open the card straight in their browser, with no app or account.
Sending it on WhatsApp is free; the card itself costs a one-off €59 once it goes live. If something in your plans changes later, you update the card and the link stays the same.
